Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack.
International

Attention International Clients:
Please be aware that duties and taxes are not included and may be applied at customs for orders outside the United States. These fees are your responsibility. We advise you to familiarize yourself with your country's customs regulations before placing your order.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of undamaged and unopened items within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Returned items must be unopened, unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Please contact us at support@imeanbeauty.com with your order number to start the return process. Our support team will provide return instructions within 3 business days of your request.
If the unopened item(s) are sent without notifying us beforehand, we cannot issue a refund. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know whether your item is eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will promptly issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and the shipping costs of your original order, which are non-refundable. Unfortunately, IMEAN Beauty is not responsible for any lost packages or untraceable return shipments.
In the case of a product being broken during transportation, please send a photo for proof to IMEAN Beauty (support@imeanbeauty.com). Please note that IMEAN Beauty does not handle any returns or withdrawals from other retailers. Please contact the retailer where the purchase was made in those matters.
